  I look forward to Euphoria's classes every week. They relax me, stretch me, calm me, direct me and involve me.
  
  Every so often the teacher will correct what I am doing so I know she is watching over me and I am not just a number. I am not young and have all sorts of issues with my body but when I zone out I find myself in another world as though I've had a one hour meditation session.
  
  I walk and I swim and the yoga and Pilates classes at Euphoria ties up my exercise into a complete package.
